General Questions

1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our online ordering also personal checks. All personal checks will need to be cleared with the bank in order for the production of your purse.

2. Will I receive my photos back?

Absolutely! All photos will be returned with your handbag.

3. Do you accept refund?

Due to the custom nature of our product, we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final.

4. Is there a way to clean my purse if it gets dirty?

Yes, the image on your handbag has been scotch guarded. But when it becomes dirty, we suggest spot clean with mild soap and apply scotch guard.

5. Can I use two different photos for each side of my purse?

Yes, check the purses detail and will be an extra charge of $20.00

6. Can I apply any special effects to the photos?

Yes, we can apply a "Black & White" or "Old Fashioned" effect to your photograph prior to transferring the image to the purse.

Photo Tips

Choosing the right photo that will work best with your purse when choosing that perfect photo for your purse, please consider whether it is a landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) photo.  During your photo selection, keep in mind that the photo with a white background becomes part of the purse. For example, a photo with a white background will show a lot of white on the purse.

• Horizontal photos fit the box style purses with limited cropping.
• Vertical photos fit the bucket style purses with very limited cropping.

Make sure the main images on the photo is the correct size. It is important that you choose a photo where your subject is as clear as possible and is not damaged. The size of the photos must be no larger than an 8" x 10" and no smaller than a 3" x 5".  Make sure the subject of your photo is at least the size of a US quarter.

BE CREATIVE AND MAKE A COLLAGE

Cut and paste all of your memory photos onto a piece of paper no smaller than a 5 "x 7" or no larger than 8" x 10" the way you would like it to appear on your purse.  Your photos shouldn't be hanging off the page as it will not copy properly during the scanning process.  The actual collage and placement of images on the page will look exactly as you have presented it.  When you are creating a collage keep in mind that which style of purses you are choosing collage must create in that order landscape or portrait.  Or let us design for you!
